ONLINE COACHING AND PT SESSIONS
Our online training is for people who need that extra bit of structure to your daily life with the personalised exercise and nutrition plans. Weekly check ins to help you keep accountable for your own actions and this helps you to work harder towards your goals.
Our one off online PT sessions are £15 via skype or Zoom
BODY REVOLUTION
Body Revolution is an intense 10 week workout Programme that will get results in no time, being based on the science of HIIT and the EPOC effect on the body burning calories hours after training.
This programme is aimed at people who want to change their body and are prepared to work hard in order to make a difference to themselves in just 10 weeks.
1-1 Program with PT sessions and an online option is available without the PT sessions.
CLASSES or group training
If training alone isn't your thing then maybe group exercises classes are. Classes can be a fantastic way to get yourself fitter and healthier. This can have so many health benefits including mental well being, De-stressing and socialising with others.
With plenty of classes to choose from helping yourself get fitter in a fun way as well as enjoying the benefits of physical activity.
CORPORATE OR PRIVATE SESSIONS
We cater to all clients including companies who want a fun way to keep the staff or colleagues. In the park or a meeting room, we can come to you during your working day and perform a great session for all abilities.
Group Private sessions are a good way for friends to workout together with a personal touch as our instructors tailor sessions to the groups needs.
